PZI Jeans Pt:2

So last week, I was contacted by a very nice lady from PZI Jeans’s PR department [I completely forgot her name 😦 ] and she told me that she read my review and was disappointed that the jeans didn’t fit me so she said that she would send me another pair to try and figure out what was wrong. She sent me the Fuze Curve Skinny in a size 12 x-long.  They arrived Wednesday night and I wore them to work on Thursday. First off, before I go any further, I want to thank that very nice lady for sending me these jeans to try out. I think that shows very good customer service to try and help me find the best fit in their jeans.

Now, I have to say that these fit a lot better this time; not a lot of extra fabric in the hip and waist. But I find that the same thing happened with these 12’s as the last 12’s I ordered: they are just a little too tight for my taste. Now, the woman told me that they are supposed to fit snug (where you have to lay on the bed and pull them up) and that they will start to loosen up throughout the day. This is true, they do loosen up, but they are still tight around my knees to the point that I can’t keep my leg bent for too long or it would start to hurt and this is difficult as I sit in front of a computer all day.

Also, I still would not wear these without a belt, as the website claims, as I would flash my coworkers whenever I sit or bend down. But again, they fit better than the 14’s I have.

When I first tried them on, my biggest fear was that my thighs would pop the jeans open like a can of Pillsbury biscuits with my fat oozing out. Luckily that didn’t happen–how embarrassing would that be? I think the issue is maybe the jeans don’t have enough stretch and frankly, I just have big legs. I’ve had them since childhood. Maybe when my I tone up my legs a bit they’ll fit a little better. And maybe they’ll loosen up more with age, who knows?

My legs remind me of sausages or maybe I’m just hungry.

I’ve seen raving reviews on Twitter about these jeans but like always, I’m the outlier in the data. Like I said last time, they are good jeans and they are definitely worth a try. If they don’t fit just send them back.

Thanks again PZI for trying to help. But I just have a weird body, it’s not your fault.

Happy Shopping Ladies,

Elayna
