Pinterest Picks of the Week

It’s time again for my Pinterest Picks of the Week.

Screen shot 2013-03-16 at 12.42.30 PMAs always I am obsessed with ASOS. This is a Mango dress sold at ASOS and it is beautiful. It is past the knee, has pleats and the color is gorgeous. The only drawback is, it only goes up to a size 10. And said size 10 is marked XL. It what twisted universe is 10 and XL? Hopefully by sharing this will benefit someone smaller than me. Curse you Mango for not making more sizes in this beautiful dress.

Screen shot 2013-03-16 at 12.41.49 PMI hate coffee. The only thing I get Starbucks if I ever set foot in there is the Sweetened Shaken Passion Tea Lemonade. It is delicious! But for close to $4.00 for a venti, you can see why I haven’t gotten one in months. So if I can make it at home that would be life changing Maybe not life changing but you know what I mean.

I have to say that I love Pinterest simply for the copycat recipes you can find.

Screen shot 2013-03-16 at 12.41.29 PMThis lovely dress is from Ruche.com. The color combo and pattern is beautiful. It is listed as 51.25″ long so it is not a true maxi on us but it is still a nice tea length on us. I just checked back and unfortunately this dress is sold out but you can be notified when they get new ones.

Screen shot 2013-03-16 at 12.42.05 PMPinterest has a plethora of wedding ideas. I think when it started, brides to be used it to plan their weddings. Though it probably be a couple of years until I get married (or not. My 6’10” guy could be right around the corner. lol), I still had to pin this. I love the idea of having different bridesmaid dresses all in the same color palette. Women have different styles and different dresses flatter different bodies. The women in my wedding I would want them to be comfortable and not hate me for putting them in god-awful dresses.

Screen shot 2013-03-16 at 12.41.12 PMI like this look. I like the mix of the sweater with the pleated skirt. The monochrome color palette appeals to me also. I am not completely sold on the shoes, but I admit that it adds a little edge to the sweet skirt and sweater.

That’s it for this week’s picks. As always, stay tuned for next week’s and you can always pin with me at Pinterest.com/TheJunoesque.

Happy Pinning,

Elayna
