Hooray! Time again for my Pinterest Picks. For those who are new (hello and welcome!), I am a serious Pinterest fiend and I like to pin everything from different pieces of fashion that will get Junoesque girls like us, recipes, nail, art and style inspiration and etc. Every other week or so, I like to compile a few of my favorite pins and share them with you lovely ladies. If you like what you see, just click on the picture and that will lead you to the pin. Just click on the pin and that will lead you to the original link.
I got a little bit of everything this time. Keep reading to see what I found. And as always, you can pin with me here.
I was browsing Pinterest and when I immediately saw this I thought of my grandmother. When me and my sister were younger and it snowed she would make us snow ice cream. It always fascinated me as to how she made it. She never told me how she did so now that I have this recipe, maybe I can make it in the future for my kids.
I am so ready for spring it is ridiculous. Now that I’ve had my snow day, I’m over winter. I can look at this cute shorts from the Gap and wish for warmer weather. These are tall sized and they also come in cactus and khaki and they go up to a size 16.
I’m a sucker for polka dots and this LTS fits the bill. It goes up to a size 18 and it is listed as 44″ which hits right at my knee. I like the wrap detail. It is sure to be flattering for all body types.
I am trying to branch out when it comes to wearing patterns and etc and this tall animal print pencil skirt from Dorothy Perkins is gorgeous. It is listed as being 27″ long which comes right under my knee.
I have been on this mission to grow not only long but healthy hair. I have heard that this really helps to add moisture to hair which is what I sorely need. The best part of the Q-redew is that it moisturizes without making your hair wet. This prevents you from going outside esp in this bitterly cold weather with wet hair and for me, wetting my hair to moisturize only makes it drier. I know weird but that is how it is. I’ve been checking a lot of reviews on this (including this one and this one) and am seriously considering purchasing.
I saw a girl wearing these on the train and as soon as I got home, I was on a search to find them and I did! She had the all gray ones which I am still looking for but at least now I know what the name of the shoe is. I don’t have very many pairs of tennis shoes so these would be nice to add to my collection.
I love potatoes. Baked, fried, mashed. I love it all. You could say it is my favorite food. I actually tried these this past week and they turned out pretty good. I definitely will have to try them again.
P.S. Could you take a minute to complete this survey? I want to continue to make the blog better for you and I can’t do that without your feedback. Thanks in advance!
